How does it work
The Process
Permanent make up is a delicate technique of implanting pigment under the skin, to give the effect of eyebrow hair, lip colour or eyeliner. The pigment is implanted using a digital machine, and this ensures the pigment is placed at the optimum layer of the skin to look beautifully natural.
This versatile method of permanent makeup uses a specialist facial tattooing machine, and this works at a much lower frequency than a standard tattoo machine gently applying pigment to the skin using very fine needles.
The process of permanent makeup typically takes up to 2 hours. Immediately after a treatment you should expect the area to look up to 30% darker than the colour chosen during your consultation. You can expect this to fade within a week.
A review visit is usually required within 12 weeks of your first treatment, to assess how its healed and then add more pigment to the area where needed.
